
Comparing my face because recently my OCD urge to constantly check my “double chin” is seemingly uncontrollable. I have slight OCD and I obsess over small things. In high school sometime I started constantly thinking about my double chin and feeling it with my finger at many times throughout the day, along with asking my friends if my double chin was bad… It’s crazy. And I still do it out of habit. So here’s photo proof to myself that my double chin does not exist anymore and I need to stop the unnecessary worrying.
